Looking for Holistic approach to UTI in feline?

I have nine cats. All indoor, all healthy with the exception of one unfortunate female who suffers from UTI on and off. I have tried cantharis, which seems to help. Don't like the side effects from antibiotics. Any other "natural" suggestions? Thanks a million!
