What should I do about this?

If you financially can live on your own, then do that. You don't need to live in that environment. And as far as getting your sister back for all she has done,, just by succeeding in your life and showing your mom & sister that you have a life that does not include them,, will make your sister jealous and defeated even if she never really says it.
