On a web site for Rose descants is doing DNA testing and somone who is from my part matched Group Q A desenceant of John Rose b. 1772 (m. Rhoda Crippen), is desendended from William Rose (Wilhelm Roos) of Germany b September 14 1738 and Schohaire County, New York m Elizabeth Schooolcraft, born December 25, 1738, October 30 1760 matches a descendant of Lawrence Rose(b 1787) who married Thankful Reynolds. It was a partial match which they believe shows they are cousins. That man is also descended from Lawrence Rose's son Green. He is descended from Green Rose's second wife Susan Cameron. I am desenced from Green's first wife Hanna. Who are Lawrence Rose’s parents? I saw him in Roots Web which also showed their children and Thankful Rose. This is on Mark Babbs tree on Rootsweb.
