Can a bank repoe a car for fees? all my payments are caught up?

I never had the car reposessed, I paid all the payments and am current but bank says they will still pu the car if i don't pay the fees of 350.00 now. I'm in AZ and I was told by another bank that they can not repo the car for fees, the fees can be added to the balance owed but if all payments are current they can not repo, is this true?
