Should we outlaw the Talmud in the West, or at least make the promotion of it illegal?

Having read parts of the Talmud I have to say what a truly objectionable book it is and degrading to the Goy (non Jews). I'm not really one who believes in banning things but really, we do not promote the teaching of Mein Kampf and in all reality, the talmud is no different, in its hatred of Christians and other non Jewish faiths. Is it not about time schools in the West warned students about this despicable piece of literature? After all, it was the Jews who had Shakespeare's Merchant of Venice banned in many states in the USA after all. I think it's about time that people seriously started questioning what we know of Judaism and Jewish history, especially in the Western Civilistion. Open debate is a must. I write this from the UK, where the Jewish population makes up 0.5% of the population but their positioning in society, high up in corporation and establishment, greatly outweighs their demographic. Thus, should the Talmud be outlawed as a teaching tool in the West?
