Torn Knee Meniscus?????????

What should i expect? i am going to the doc cuz im almost positive i hav a torn meniscus and i play a lotta soccer...how long will i be out? what will they do...i think its a moderate tear. will i need surgery? will i get a knee brace? if so...then how big? will i need crutches?
