What do you think of the Jose Rizal Monument today in Luneta, Manila Philippines?

I wanna know what most people think of nowadays at the famous Philippine Landmark which is the Rizal Monument in Luneta. Is it good is it bad? Please say any comments or suggestions or any notices that you have observed.
